Control and power cable JZ-600 – reliability and flexibility in every application

The JZ-600 PVC cable is a versatile solution for control, power supply and signaling, designed for demanding working conditions. Made of high-quality polyvinyl chloride (PVC), it ensures safe and long-lasting operation in various environments.

Construction and parameters for demanding applications

The JZ-600 cable has 12 cores with a cross-section of 1.5 mm², allowing for efficient transmission of control signals and power. The cores are made of stranded copper, class 5, providing good flexibility and resistance to mechanical damage. The core insulation is made of special PVC TI2, and the outer jacket of special PVC TM2, which guarantees resistance to external factors such as moisture, UV radiation and oils. The cores are numbered according to DIN VDE 0293, which facilitates identification and minimizes the risk of errors during installation. Additionally, the cable has a yellow-green protective core (from 3 cores), increasing safety.

The JZ-600 cable is metered and available in black (RAL 9005). Its outer diameter is approximately 15.7 mm with a weight of approximately 0.37 kg/m. The minimum bending radius is 7.5 x cable diameter for flexible operation and 4 x diameter for fixed laying. The materials used in production do not contain silicone or cadmium, making it environmentally friendly. The cable has passed tests confirming its self-extinguishing and flame-retardant properties in accordance with VDE 0482-332-1-2/DIN EN 60332-1-2/IEC 60332-1.
