PVC cable JZ-600 12G2.5 is a flexible control and power cable designed to operate in various conditions. It is characterized by high mechanical and chemical resistance, making it an ideal solution for both indoor and outdoor installations. Made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC), it provides good insulation and protection against external factors.

This cable complies with DIN VDE 0262 and DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51/DIN EN 50525-2-5 standards, which guarantees its safety and reliability. Thanks to its construction with multi-wire copper conductors (class 5), the cable is exceptionally flexible and easy to install, even in tight spaces. Wires numbered according to DIN VDE 0293-334 facilitate identification and minimize the risk of errors during connections.

Construction and user properties

JZ-600 cable stands out with a solid construction that ensures long-term operation. The wire insulation is made of PVC, and the outer jacket is also made of PVC, which further increases resistance to mechanical damage and UV radiation. The permissible operating temperature range is from -40°C to +80°C (stationary) and from -15°C to +80°C (flexible), allowing it to be used in a wide range of ambient temperatures. The rated voltage U/U0 is 1000/600 V.

Technical parameters and additional information

JZ-600 12G2.5 cable has an outer diameter of approximately 18.6 mm and consists of 12 conductors with a cross-section of 2.5 mm². It is designed for medium mechanical load and can be laid directly in the ground (with a diameter ≥ 18 mm). However, it is not suitable for laying in water. The cable is metered and available in black (RAL 9005). The outer jacket material is polyvinyl chloride (PVC), and the wire insulation is also made of PVC. The cable is characterized by an insulation resistance of min. 20 MOhm x km and a test voltage of 4000 V.
