Construction and properties

The JZ-600 cable is made of high-quality materials, ensuring long-lasting and safe operation. The multi-strand copper conductors (class 5 according to DIN VDE 0295) are insulated with special PVC TI2, which guarantees good electrical insulation and resistance to mechanical damage. The cores are numbered for easy identification and minimize the risk of errors during installation. The protective conductor (yellow-green) is placed close to the outer jacket for increased safety. The whole is surrounded by a durable outer sheath made of PVC TM2, resistant to UV radiation and chemical agents.

Permissible operating temperatures range from -40°C to +80°C (stationary) and from -15°C to +80°C (flexible). The rated voltage U/U0 is 600/1000 V. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 22.2 mm with a core cross-section of 1.5 mm². The reaction to fire class is Eca according to EN 13501-6.
