This black PVC cable JZ-600 3G0.5 mm² is a versatile solution for control and power supply, ideal for both professional installers and end users. Construction and properties

The cable is made of high-quality polyvinyl chloride (PVC), both in the wire insulation and in the outer coating. The multi-wire (class 5) copper conductors are characterized by high flexibility, which facilitates routing of cables even in tight spaces. A key feature is the wire numbering according to DIN VDE 0293-334 – this solution minimizes the risk of errors during connection, especially important for more complex installations. The protective conductor placed close to the outer jacket further increases safety. The cable has a rated voltage U/U0 0.6/1 kV and is designed to operate at temperatures from -40°C to +80°C (fixed installation) and -15°C to +80°C (flexible).

Application and compliance with standards

The JZ-600 cable is widely used in mechanical engineering, metallurgy, foundries, steelworks and in internal building installations – air conditioning, control and signaling. It will also be useful for production lines and measurement systems. It complies with DIN VDE 0262 and DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51/DIN EN 50525-2-5 standards, which guarantees its high quality and safety. Fire reaction class Eca provides an additional level of protection in the event of a fire. The cable is UV resistant, making it suitable for outdoor applications (permanently laid). The possibility of direct laying in the ground (with an outer diameter of ≥ 18 mm) expands the scope of its applications. However, it is not intended for laying in water.
