This black, four-core PVC JZ-600 cable with a cross-section of 16 mm² is a versatile solution for both professional installers and end-users. Designed to operate at a voltage of 0.6/1 kV, it is ideal for installations requiring flexibility and resistance to harsh conditions. The cores are numbered according to DIN VDE 0293-334, making identification easier and minimizing the risk of errors during connection.

Construction and properties

The JZ-600 cable is characterized by a solid construction, ensuring long-lasting and safe operation. Made of high-quality materials, it meets the requirements of DIN VDE 0262 and DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51/DIN EN 50525-2-51 standards. The copper cores are twisted in parallel, and the PVC TI2 insulation provides effective protection against mechanical damage and external factors. The outer sheath made of special PVC TM2 in black (RAL 9005) is resistant to UV radiation, oils, and chemicals. This makes the cable suitable for use in dry, damp, and wet environments, as well as outdoors – after permanent installation.

User parameters and operating range

The JZ-600 cable is designed to operate in a wide temperature range – from -40°C to +80°C (after stationary installation) and from -15°C to +80°C (flexible). It can be used under medium mechanical load, where there are no tensile stresses. The permissible ambient temperature during installation is from -15°C to +80°C. The cable with an outer diameter of 22.4 mm can be laid directly in the ground if its diameter is equal to or greater than 18 mm – however, it is not suitable for laying in water. The reaction to fire class is Eca, which means limited flammability of the cable.
