Construction and properties

The JZ-600 cable is characterized by a solid construction, ensuring long-term reliability. It uses multi-wire copper cores (class 5), which guarantee flexibility and resistance to material fatigue. Core insulation is made of special PVC (TI2), and the outer jacket is also made of PVC (TM2), providing protection against mechanical factors, moisture, and UV radiation. This makes the cable perfect for both indoor and outdoor use – in dry, humid, and wet conditions. The possibility of direct burial in the ground (with an outer diameter ≥ 18 mm) further increases its versatility.

The JZ-600 4G6 mm² cable is designed to operate at a rated voltage of 1000 V (U) / 600 V (U0). The permissible ambient temperature during installation is from -15°C to +80°C, and after installation (without vibration) from -40°C to +80°C. The approximate outer diameter of the cable is 14.6 mm. The fire reaction class is Eca according to EN 13501-6. The cable is resistant to oils and chemicals – detailed information can be found in the manufacturer's "Technical Information" table. Insulation resistance is min. 20 MOhm x km and test voltage is 4000V with a breakdown voltage of min. 8000V.
