Construction and properties ensuring safety and durability

The JZ-600 cable features a solid construction using high-quality materials. Multi-wire copper conductors (class 5) provide good flexibility and facilitate installation. PVC insulation (TI2) and an external PVC jacket (TM2) guarantee protection against mechanical damage, moisture and chemical influences. Additionally, the cable is UV resistant, which increases its durability in outdoor applications. The conductors are numbered according to DIN VDE 0293, which facilitates identification and minimizes the risk of errors during connection. The protective conductor (in versions with a protective conductor) is located close to the outer jacket for quick access.

Applications and compliance with standards

The JZ-600 cable is perfect for industrial installations - machines, metallurgical equipment, production lines - as well as in residential and commercial buildings (internal installations, air conditioning). It can be used in dry, damp and wet rooms, as well as outdoors (after permanent installation). It meets the requirements of DIN VDE 0262 and DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51/DIN EN 50525-2-5 concerning cables with a working voltage of 1 kV. The cable has passed self-extinguishing and flame-retardant tests according to VDE 0482-332-1-2/DIN EN 60332-1-2/IEC 60332-1. The permissible ambient temperature during installation is from -15°C to 80°C, and after installation (without vibration) from -40°C to 80°C. The rated voltage U is 1000 V and U0 is 600V. With an outer diameter of 18 mm or more, direct laying in the ground is possible (not suitable for laying in water).
