Construction and properties

The JZ-600 cable has five cores with a cross-section of 25 mm², made of stranded copper, which provides good flexibility and ease of installation. The cores are insulated with special PVC TI2, and their numbering facilitates identification and minimizes the risk of errors during connection. The protective core (yellow-green color) is placed close to the outer jacket for increased safety. The whole is surrounded by a durable outer coating made of PVC TM2, resistant to UV radiation, oils and many chemicals. Thanks to this, the cable retains its properties even in difficult environmental conditions.

The possibility of direct burial (with a diameter ≥ 18 mm) expands the scope of its applications. The cable complies with DIN VDE 0262 and DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51/DIN EN 50525-2-5 standards regarding insulation thickness for operating voltage 1 kV and has a fire reaction class Eca according to EN 13501-6. The permissible operating temperature range is from -40°C to +80°C (stationary) and from -15°C to +80°C (flexible). The rated voltage U/U0 is 600/1000 V.
