This 7-core PVC cable JZ-600 7G4 mm² is a solid solution for control and power supply in various installations. Construction and properties
The JZ-600 cable is made of high-quality materials. Multi-wire copper conductors (class 5) provide good flexibility and resistance to material fatigue. PVC insulation (TI2) guarantees effective protection against mechanical damage and external factors. The cores are black with white numbers, which facilitates identification and minimizes the risk of errors during installation - even with partial exposure of the outer jacket. The protective conductor (yellow-green) is located close to the outer jacket for quick access. The whole is surrounded by a durable PVC jacket (TM2) in black, resistant to UV radiation, oils and chemicals. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 15.8 mm.
Application and compliance with standards
This cable is used in mechanical engineering, metallurgy, foundries, steelworks and in internal installations, air conditioning and production lines. It will work well in dry, damp and wet rooms as well as outdoors (permanently laid). The possibility of direct burial in the ground (with a diameter ≥ 18 mm) expands the scope of its applications. It meets the requirements of DIN VDE 0262 and DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51/ DIN EN 50525-2-5 standards regarding insulation thickness for operating voltage 1 kV. The fire reaction class is Eca, which provides additional safety of use. The cable is intended for rated voltages 600/1000 V and permissible ambient temperature from -40°C to +80°C during stationary operation and from -15°C to +80°C during installation.
