Construction and properties

The JZ-600-Y-CY cable features a construction that provides flexibility and mechanical resistance. It consists of four copper conductors with a cross-section of 16 mm², insulated with special PVC TI2. The conductors are twisted in parallel and numbered, which facilitates identification even after partial removal of the outer jacket – important during installation and servicing. Additionally, the presence of a yellow-green protective conductor (from 3 conductors) increases safety. The whole is surrounded by a braided screen of tinned copper wires, which minimizes the influence of electromagnetic interference on the transmitted signals. The outer jacket made of special PVC TM2 provides resistance to UV radiation, oils and other chemicals.

The cable meets the standards DIN VDE 0262/ DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51/ DIN EN 50525-2-51, which guarantees its compliance with European safety standards. Fire reaction class Eca ensures limited flammability in case of fire. The permissible operating temperature is from -40°C to +80°C (flexible) and from -15°C to +80°C during installation, allowing it to be used in various environmental conditions. The rated voltage U/U0 is 1000/600 V.
