Universal data and power transmission cable

This flexible TRONIC cable with color-coded conductors, made with PVC insulation, is a versatile solution for a variety of applications. It is suitable for both electrical installations and connections requiring flexibility and resistance to external factors. The cable is designed in accordance with DIN VDE 0812, which guarantees its safety and reliability.

Construction and properties

The cable consists of seven copper conductors with a cross-section of 0.75 mm², each insulated with special PVC (TI2). The conductors are twisted in parallel and marked with colors according to DIN 47100, which facilitates identification during installation. The whole is surrounded by an outer sheath of PVC (TM2) in gray (RAL 7001), providing additional mechanical and chemical protection. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 7.5 mm, allowing it to be used in places with limited space.

The cable is characterized by high flexibility, making it ideal for movable connections and installations in hard-to-reach places. The permissible operating temperature range is from -40°C to +80°C (for stationary installation) and from -5°C to +70°C (flexible), allowing it to be used in a wide range of environmental conditions. It should be remembered that the cable is not intended for high-current applications - the rated voltage U0/U is 300/500 V. The fire reaction class is Eca, which means limited flammability and smoke emission in the event of a fire.

The TRONIC cable finds application in many fields:

• Mechanical industry: ideal for internal connections of machines and devices, where flexibility and resistance to mechanical damage are required.
