This 4-core HELUTHERM SiHF cable with a cross-section of 0.5 mm² is the ideal solution for applications requiring high temperature resistance and flexibility. Construction and properties
The cable is designed for extreme working conditions. Its construction is based on stranded copper conductors, twisted according to DIN VDE 0295 cl. 5, which ensures high flexibility and resistance to bending. Silicone rubber insulation guarantees resistance to temperatures from -60°C to +180°C (short-term up to +220°C), as well as to oils, greases, chemicals and radiation. The cores are colored according to DIN VDE 0293-308, which facilitates identification during installation. Additionally, the cable is halogen-free, which increases safety in the event of a fire – during combustion, SiO₂ is released instead of toxic gases.

The minimum bending radius is 7.5 x cable diameter for flexible bending and 4 x cable diameter for stationary bending.
