This black, 14-core PVC JZ-600 2.5 mm² cable is a robust solution for control and power supply in a wide range of applications. Construction and properties for professionals

The JZ-600 cable is characterized by a construction adapted to work in harsh conditions. Made of stranded copper conductors (class 5), insulated with special PVC (TI2), it provides good conductivity and flexibility. The conductors are black with white digital printing, which facilitates identification even after partial removal of the insulation – important when working in the field. The protective conductor (in versions with a protective conductor) placed close to the outer jacket increases safety. The outer jacket made of special PVC (TM2) provides resistance to UV radiation, oils and chemicals, extending the cable's life. This makes it suitable for use in mechanical engineering, metallurgy, foundries and steelworks.

Application and benefits

The JZ-600 cable is ideal for flexible connections with medium mechanical stress, where there are no tensile stresses. It can be used in dry, damp and wet rooms, as well as outdoors (after permanent installation). In the case of an outer diameter of 18 mm or more, direct installation in the ground is possible – however, it is not suitable for laying under water. A wide range of operating temperatures (-40°C to +80°C with permanent installation and -15°C to +80°C during operation) allows it to be used in various environmental conditions. In addition, the materials used in production are free of silicone, cadmium and substances that interfere with painting. The cable meets the requirements of EN 13501-6 regarding reaction to fire (class Eca).
