This 18-core PVC JZ-600 2.5 mm² cable is a versatile solution for control and power supply, designed for demanding industrial applications and electrical installations. Construction and properties

The cable is made of high-quality materials, guaranteeing its reliability and long service life. Multi-wire copper conductors (class 5) provide good flexibility and resistance to mechanical fatigue. PVC TI2 insulation, compliant with DIN VDE 0207-363-3/DIN EN 50363-3 standards, provides effective protection against short circuits and damage. The conductors are black with white numbers, making identification easier and minimizing the risk of errors during installation. The protective conductor (in versions with a protective conductor) is located close to the outer jacket for quick access. The outer jacket made of special PVC TM2 (DIN VDE 0207-363-4-1/DIN EN 50363-4-1) is resistant to UV radiation, oils and other chemicals, allowing the cable to be used in harsh environmental conditions. The outer diameter of the cable is 22 mm.

Thanks to its construction, this cable is designed for medium mechanical load with flexible connections without tensile stress. It can be used both in dry, humid and wet rooms and outdoors (permanently laid). However, it is not suitable for underwater laying. The cable meets the requirements of DIN VDE 0262 and DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51/ DIN EN 50525-2-5 standards for insulation for operating voltage 1 kV. The reaction to fire class is Eca according to EN 13501-6. Permissible operating temperature is -40°C to +80°C (stationary) and -15°C to +80°C (flexible). Rated voltage U/U0 is 1000V/600V.
