This shielded JZ-600-Y-CY control and power cable, with a cross-section of 1 mm² and 12 cores, is a reliable solution for transmitting power and control signals in various industrial and installation environments. Made of high-quality materials, it ensures durability and safety. The cable is particularly recommended where protection against electromagnetic interference is essential.

Construction and parameters ensuring performance

The cable is characterized by a solid construction, adapted to medium mechanical loads and flexible connections. Copper cores, twisted in a way that ensures flexibility (class 5 according to DIN VDE 0295), are insulated with PVC and numbered according to DIN VDE 0293, which facilitates the identification of individual wires during installation. A braided screen made of tinned copper wires minimizes electromagnetic interference, guaranteeing a stable signal transmission. The outer jacket made of special PVC TM2 is resistant to UV radiation and oils, increasing the cable's lifespan even in harsh operating conditions. The rated voltage U/U0 is 1000V/600V respectively.

Applications and compliance with standards

The JZ-600-Y-CY cable finds application in the machinery, metallurgical, foundry, steel industries, as well as in internal installations, air conditioning and production lines. It will work in dry, humid and wet rooms, as well as outdoors (with permanent installation). It is not intended for direct laying in the ground or water. It meets the requirements of DIN VDE 0262/DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51/DIN EN 50525-2-51 and has a fire reaction class of Eca. The permissible operating temperature range is -40°C to +80°C (during installation: -15°C to +80°C). The cable is also resistant to many chemicals.
