Construction and properties
The cable is characterized by a construction that provides high flexibility and mechanical resistance. 25 copper cores with a cross-section of 1 mm², made in class 5 (multi-wire flexible), guarantees good conductivity and easy installation. The cores are insulated with PVC and numbered according to DIN VDE 0293-334, which facilitates identification and minimizes the risk of errors during installation. A braided screen made of tinned copper wires effectively protects against electromagnetic interference (EMC), ensuring a stable signal. The whole is surrounded by a durable outer coating made of UV-resistant PVC, which allows it to be used both indoors and outdoors.
Applications and compliance with standards
The JZ-600-Y-CY cable is ideal for use in mechanical engineering, metallurgy, foundries, steelworks and air conditioning installations. It will also be useful for production lines, control, signaling and measurement systems. It can be used in dry, damp and wet rooms and outdoors (after permanent laying). It is not suitable for direct burial in the ground or laying under water. It meets the requirements of standards: DIN VDE 0262/ DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51/ DIN EN 50525-2-51. The permissible operating temperature is from -40°C to +80°C (after installation) and from -15°C to +80°C during installation. The rated voltage U/U0 is 1000/600 V. The fire reaction class is Eca.
