PUR control and power cable, PURÖ-JZ 12G0,5 mm² grey, black numbered cores 22107
Highly durable cable PURö-JZ – reliability in demanding conditions
This 12-core flexible cable with a polyurethane (PUR) jacket is the ideal solution for applications where resistance to abrasion, oils and extreme temperatures is important. The cable is designed for use in harsh industrial, construction and machine environments exposed to intensive use. Its high flexibility ensures quick and convenient installation, and its construction guarantees long-lasting and trouble-free operation.
Construction and properties
The PURö-JZ cable is distinguished by its solid construction. Multi-strand copper conductors (class 5) are insulated with special PVC resistant to mineral oils and coolants. The twisted cores are surrounded by a layer of polyurethane (PUR), which provides protection against mechanical damage, UV radiation, ozone and hydrolysis. The grey color (RAL 7001) makes it easy to identify the cable in the installation. Additionally, the cable is metered, making it easy to precisely adjust the length to your needs.
- Conductors made of oxygen-free copper, twisted into a strand for increased flexibility.
- Insulation made of PVC TI2 – resistant to oils and greases, providing long-lasting electrical insulation.
- Jacket made of polyurethane (PUR) – extremely resistant to abrasion, tearing and weathering.
- Protective conductor (PE) in the outer layer – provides additional safety.
- Core marking with numbers – facilitates identification of individual conductors during installation.
Applications and technical parameters
This cable is widely used in mechanical engineering, construction, industrial installations and in environments exposed to oils and lubricants. It is perfect for medium mechanical loads in flexible connections where tensile stresses do not occur. It can be used in dry, damp and wet rooms as well as outdoors.
This cable is characterized by a rated voltage of 500 V and a conductor cross-section of 0.5 mm². It has 12 cores, and its outer jacket is made of polyurethane (PUR). The core insulation is made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC). The cable maintains flexibility in the temperature range from -20°C to +80°C, and can operate at temperatures from -40°C to +80°C when permanently laid. Its outer diameter is 8.9 mm and it is resistant to UV radiation and mineral oils.
The cable meets the requirements of DIN VDE 0285-525-1 / DIN EN 50525-1 and has a CE certificate confirming compliance with the low-voltage directive 2014/35/EU. This is a high-quality product that guarantees safe and reliable operation in demanding applications.
