PUR control and power cable, PURÖ-JZ 3G0.75 mm² grey, black numbered cores 22117
Flexible cable for industrial and installation applications
This grey flexible PUR cable with three 0.75 mm² conductors is a reliable solution for tasks requiring high mechanical and chemical resistance. Made from high-quality materials, it provides safe and long-lasting connections in various environments. The cable is characterized by its exceptional flexibility, making installation easier even in hard-to-reach places.
Construction and properties
The PUR-JZ cable is designed for demanding applications. Its construction includes:
- Copper conductors: Multi-strand, twisted, class 5 (according to DIN VDE 0295, BS 6360, IEC 60228) provide good conductivity and flexibility.
- Conductor insulation: Made of special oil-resistant TI2 PVC (DIN VDE 0207-363-3 / DIN EN 50363-3), which increases resistance to mineral oils and coolants.
- Conductor marking: Black conductors with white numbers facilitate identification. The protective conductor is yellow-green (from 3 conductors).
- Outer jacket: Durable polyurethane (PUR) TMPU (DIN EN 50363-10-2) provides resistance to abrasion, tearing, UV radiation and weathering. Grey color (RAL 7001).
Additionally, the cable is resistant to oxygen, ozone, hydrolysis and microbes. The materials used in production do not contain silicone, cadmium or paint-inhibiting substances.
Applications and technical parameters
This cable is widely used in:
- Mechanical engineering – especially where there is contact with oils and coolants.
- Construction and electrical installations.
- Rolling mills and steelworks – in places exposed to intense mechanical stress.
- Outdoor installations – thanks to its weather resistance.
- Flexible connections without tensile stress.
Key features of the cable include a conductor cross-section of 0.75 mm², a rated voltage U of 500 V and an outer diameter of approximately 5.6 mm. The operating temperature range is from -40°C to +80°C in stationary mode and from -20°C to +80°C in flexible mode. The minimum bending radius is 4 x Ø after permanent installation and 7.5 x Ø in flexible mode. The insulation resistance is at least 20 MOhm x km and the radiation resistance is up to 100 x 10⁶ cJ/kg (up to 100 Mrad).
The cable meets the requirements of DIN VDE 0285-525-1 / DIN EN 50525-1 and has a CE certificate confirming compliance with the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU. It is metered for convenient dispensing of the required cable length.
