Robust control cable for demanding conditions

This flexible 3-core cable, with a cross-section of 1.5 mm², is designed for use in harsh industrial and installation environments. Made from high-quality materials, it provides a reliable connection even under intense mechanical stress and exposure to external factors. Its construction with a polyurethane (PUR) outer coating guarantees resistance to abrasion, tearing, and the action of oils and coolants – making it an ideal choice for machines, construction, and installations in production facilities.

Construction and properties

The cable features a solid construction: stranded copper cores, insulated with special oil-resistant PVC, twisted in parallel and surrounded by a flexible PUR coating. The cores are numbered for easy identification, and the version with a yellow-green protective core (G) provides additional safety. This makes the cable exceptionally flexible, making installation easier even in tight spaces. In addition, the materials used in production are free of silicone, cadmium and substances that interfere with painting.

The cable complies with DIN VDE 0285-525-1 / DIN EN 50525-1 standards and has a CE certificate confirming compliance with the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU. Designed for operation in a wide temperature range – from -40°C to +80°C (stationary) and from -20°C to +80°C (flexible). The rated voltage is 500V, and the outer diameter is approximately 6.8 mm. Resistant to UV radiation, oxygen, ozone and hydrolysis and microbes. The minimum bending radius is 7.5 x cable diameter during flexible operation and 4 x cable diameter for fixed installation.
