Flexible PUR cable with copper conductors

This flexible control cable, catalog number 22102, is characterized by exceptional resistance to abrasion and tearing. Made of high-quality materials, it performs perfectly in demanding industrial, construction and machine and equipment installations. Construction and properties

The cable has four copper conductors with a cross-section of 0.5 mm², insulated with special PVC resistant to mineral oils and coolants. The conductors are twisted in parallel and marked with numbers for easy identification. The whole is surrounded by a durable polyurethane (PUR) coating, which provides protection against external factors such as UV radiation, ozone, hydrolysis and microorganisms. Thanks to this, the cable retains its properties even in difficult operating conditions. In addition, the materials used in production do not contain silicone, cadmium or substances that interfere with painting.

The cable is metered and available in gray (RAL 7001). Its outer diameter is 5.5 mm, which makes it easier to route cables in tight spaces. The rated operating voltage of the cable is 500 V.

The minimum bending radius is 7.5 x cable diameter for flexible routing and 4 x diameter for fixed routing, which facilitates installation even in hard-to-reach places.
