Flexible control cable PUR with copper strands

This 7-core flexible cable, with a cross-section of 1.5 mm², is designed for applications requiring high mechanical and chemical resistance. Made of polyurethane (PUR), it ensures reliable operation in harsh industrial and installation conditions. The cable is particularly recommended for flexible connections where there is a risk of abrasion, tearing or contact with oils and coolants.

Construction and properties

The PUR-JZ cable is distinguished by a solid construction, ensuring long-lasting and safe operation. Multi-strand copper conductors (class 5) guarantee good flexibility and facilitate installation. Conductor insulation made of PVC TI2 provides resistance to mineral oils, which is crucial in the machine industry. The outer jacket made of polyurethane (PUR) protects against abrasion, tearing and the effects of weathering. In addition, the materials used in production are silicone, cadmium and paint-inhibiting substance free.
