This grey, shielded flexible cable with a cross-section of 1 mm² is an ideal solution for applications requiring high mechanical and chemical resistance. The F-C-PURÖ-JZ cable is distinguished by its exceptional flexibility, which significantly simplifies and speeds up installation, even in tight spaces. Construction and operating parameters
The cable is constructed of stranded copper conductors, marked with white numbers on a black background (with a yellow-green protective conductor), which facilitates identification during installation. The insulation is made of oil-resistant PVC TI2, and the whole is surrounded by a durable polyurethane (PUR) jacket in grey (RAL 7001). A braided screen of tinned copper wires provides effective protection against interference.
The nominal conductor cross-section is 1 mm², making it an optimal choice for medium current loads. The rated voltage of the cable is 500 V, which ensures versatility in various electrical installations. The cable retains its properties in a wide temperature range – from -40°C to +80°C in fixed installation and from -20°C to +80°C during flexible operation. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 6.9 mm, which facilitates its routing in tight spaces. Additionally, the cable is characterized by high resistance to UV radiation, oils, coolants and abrasion, making it an ideal solution for working in harsh industrial conditions. The effective shielding braid reduces electromagnetic interference, which is crucial in control and data transmission systems.
