Construction and properties

The JZ-HF 10G0.75 cable is characterized by careful workmanship and the use of high-quality materials. Un-tinned, fine-stranded copper conductors provide good conductivity and flexibility. The core insulation is made of special PVC Z 7225, and the black cores are clearly marked with white numbers for easy identification. A fleece braid further strengthens the cable construction, and the outer jacket made of special PVC TM5 provides protection against mechanical damage and external factors.

Technical parameters and application

The JZ-HF 10G0.75 cable has a conductor cross-section of 0.75 mm² and a rated voltage of 500 V. It consists of 10 cores and a yellow-green protective conductor (from 3 cores). The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 10.1 mm. The cable is metered and available in gray (RAL 7001). The minimum bending radius is 7.5 x cable diameter for fixed laying and 4 x cable diameter for flexible laying. Radiation resistance is up to 80 x 10⁶ cJ/kg (up to 80 Mrad).
