JZ-HF 12G0.5 cable is a high-quality, multi-strand control cable with exceptional flexibility, designed for use in industrial machinery, robotics and device manufacturing. Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a solid construction ensuring long-lasting and safe operation. Copper cores, made of a fine-wire construction, guarantee good flexibility and resistance to material fatigue. PVC insulation provides effective protection against mechanical damage and external factors. Additionally, a fleece covering increases the cable's strength, and the outer PVC coating protects against moisture and oils. The cable complies with DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51 / DIN EN 50525-2-51 standards.

Technical parameters and application

JZ-HF 12G0.5 cable has a core cross-section of 0.5 mm² and is designed to operate at a rated voltage of 500 V. The minimum bending radius is 7.5 x cable diameter during flexible operation and 4 x cable diameter during fixed installation. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 9.2 mm. It is ideal for applications requiring frequent bending, such as connections in industrial robots, construction machines or conveyors. It can also be used in internal installations of industrial buildings and in mobile devices.
