PVC cable for cable conductors JZ-HF 12G0,75 mm² black cores numbered according to DIN VDE 0293-334 15025
Flexible control cable for demanding applications
This 12-core JZ-HF cable with a cross-section of 0.75 mm² is the ideal solution wherever exceptional flexibility and reliability are required. Designed for the machine industry, robotics and device manufacturing, it performs perfectly in dynamic environments. The cable is characterized by high mechanical and chemical resistance, which guarantees long-lasting and safe operation.
Construction and properties
The JZ-HF cable is made of high-quality materials, ensuring its durability and safety. Fine-stranded copper conductors, insulated with special PVC Z 7225, guarantee good conductivity and flexibility. The conductors are black with white numerical printing for easy identification. Additionally, the cable has a yellow-green protective conductor (from 3 cores), ensuring the safety of the installation. A fleece braid and an external PVC TM5 coating increase resistance to mechanical damage and external factors.
The cable meets the standards DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51 / DIN EN 50525-2-51 and has a CE certificate confirming compliance with the low-voltage directive 2014/35/EU. The materials used in production are free of silicone, cadmium and substances that interfere with painting. The cable is also oil-resistant (DIN VDE 0473-811-404 / DIN EN 60811-404) and self-extinguishing and flame-retardant (DIN VDE 0482-332-1-2, DIN EN 60332-1-2, IEC 60332-1-2).
Key parameters and application
This cable is distinguished by a rated voltage of 500 V and a conductor cross-section of 0.75 mm². The insulation is made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC), and the outer diameter is approximately 10.2 mm. The cable maintains flexibility in the temperature range from -10°C to +80°C, and can operate permanently at a temperature from -40°C to +80°C. The minimum bending radius is 7.5 x cable diameter for flexible applications and 4 x cable diameter for fixed laying.
This cable is used in flexible connections without tensile stress, especially in machines and equipment requiring frequent movements. It is ideal for use in cable chains (the rules for laying the cable must be observed) and for connecting robotics components. Thanks to its construction and properties, it performs perfectly in difficult industrial conditions.
