Construction and properties

The JZ-HF cable stands out with its careful construction. Multi-strand copper conductors (class 6) ensure good conductivity and resistance to bending. PVC Z 7225 insulation and an outer jacket made of special PVC TM5 guarantee protection against mechanical damage, oil exposure, and flame retardancy (according to IEC 60332-1-2). Black cores are numbered for easy identification, and the presence of a protective conductor (yellow-green) increases safety. A non-woven fabric braid further strengthens the cable's construction.

This cable is designed to operate in temperatures from -40°C to +80°C (fixed installation) and from -10°C to +80°C (flexible operation). The rated voltage U/U0 is 500/300 V. The minimum bending radius is 7.5 x cable diameter during flexible operation and 4 x cable diameter for fixed installation. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 12.1 mm.
