Construction and parameters ensuring reliability
The cable is characterized by a conductor cross-section of 1.5 mm² and is made of unannealed, fine-stranded copper. The cores are insulated with special PVC (Z 7225), and their black color with white numbers facilitates identification. Additionally, the cable has a yellow-green protective core (from 3 cores). A fleece braid and an outer jacket made of special PVC (TM5) ensure durability and resistance to damage. Compliance with DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51 / DIN EN 50525-2-51 standards guarantees safety and high quality workmanship.
Scope of application and operating conditions
The JZ-HF 25G1.5 cable is designed to operate in a wide temperature range – from -40°C to +80°C in stationary mode and from -10°C to +80°C during dynamic operation. The operating voltage is 300/500V, and the test voltage is 4000V. The minimum bending radius is 7.5 x cable diameter during dynamic operation and 4 x cable diameter during fixed installation. The cable is resistant to radiation up to 80 x 10⁶ cJ/kg (up to 80 Mrad). The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 17.8 mm. The materials used in production do not contain silicone or cadmium, making it safe for the environment and users.
