PVC cable for cable conductors JZ-HF 4G0.5 mm² black cores numbered according to DIN VDE 0293-334 15003
Flexible cable for applications requiring high flexibility.
This 4-core flexible cable JZ-HF 0.5 mm² is the ideal solution wherever reliability and bending resistance are important. The cable is designed for demanding applications in mechanical engineering, robotics and the production of devices. Thanks to its special construction and high-quality materials, it ensures long-lasting and safe operation in difficult conditions.
This cable is characterized by exceptional flexibility, allowing it to be routed freely even in tight spaces and with frequent movements. The cable cores are numbered, which facilitates identification and connection. The cable is designed to operate at 500V and has PVC insulation, providing good protection against mechanical damage and external factors.
Construction and properties
The JZ-HF cable is made of multi-strand copper conductors of class 6, which guarantees high flexibility and resistance to material fatigue. The cores are insulated with special PVC Z 7225, and the entire cable is surrounded by a non-woven fabric braid for additional protection. The outer jacket is made of PVC TM5, providing resistance to abrasion and oils.
- Unannealed copper cores, fine-stranded – provide good electrical conductivity and flexibility.
- Insulation made of special PVC – protects against short circuits and mechanical damage.
- Non-woven fabric braid – increases the cable's resistance to tensile and tear forces.
- Outer jacket made of PVC – provides resistance to abrasion, oils and weather conditions.
- Black cores with white numbers – facilitate the identification of individual cores during installation.
- Version with yellow-green protective conductor available (from 3 cores).
Operating parameters and safety
The JZ-HF cable has a wide operating temperature range – from -40°C to +80°C in stationary mode and from -10°C to +80°C during continuous operation. The cable meets the standards DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51 / DIN EN 50525-2-51 and has a CE certificate confirming compliance with the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU. The minimum bending radius is 7.5 x cable diameter for continuous operation and 4 x cable diameter for stationary installations. The cable is also resistant to radiation up to 80 x 10⁶ cJ/kg (80 Mrad). The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 5.7 mm.
