This 5-core JZ-HF cable with a cross-section of 0.5 mm² is the ideal solution wherever exceptional flexibility and resistance to mechanical loads are important. It is perfect for mechanical engineering, robotics, device manufacturing, and flexible connections without tensile stress. The cable is designed to operate in a temperature range from -40°C to +80°C, making it reliable even in harsh conditions.

The cable is characterized by high-quality workmanship and compliance with DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51 / DIN EN 50525-2-51 standards. Made of unannealed copper, fine-stranded, with PVC insulation, it ensures safe and efficient power transmission. The cores are numbered for easy identification, and their parallel twist provides connection stability. Additionally, a fleece covering and an outer jacket made of special PVC provide durable protection against mechanical damage and external factors.

Construction and properties

The JZ-HF cable stands out with its careful construction, which translates into its unique properties:

• Flexibility: The special design and materials ensure very high cable flexibility, making it easy to lay even in tight spaces and dynamic applications.
• Resistance: The materials used in production do not contain silicone, cadmium, or substances that interfere with painting. The outer jacket is oil-resistant and self-extinguishing and flame-retardant (tested according to DIN VDE 0482-332-1-2, DIN EN 60332-1-2, IEC 60332-1-2).
• Safety: The rated voltage of the cable is 500 V, and the test voltage is 4000 V. The cable has a yellow-green protective conductor (from 3 cores), which increases safety.
• Durability: Radiation resistance up to 80 x 10⁶ cJ/kg (up to 80 Mrad) guarantees long-term operation of the cable even in conditions exposed to UV radiation.
• Physical parameters: The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 6.4 mm, which facilitates its routing in installations.
