Highly flexible cable for demanding applications

This multi-strand JZ-HF 5G0.75 cable is a reliable solution for applications where flexibility and resistance to mechanical loads are key. The cable is designed for the machine industry, robotics and the production of devices, but will work anywhere where a flexible and durable cable is needed. Made of high-quality materials, it ensures safe and efficient power transmission in various conditions.

Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a construction that provides exceptional flexibility. It consists of five copper strands with a cross-section of 0.75 mm², insulated with special PVC (Z 7225). The strands are twisted in parallel and surrounded by a non-woven fabric braid, which further increases their strength. The whole is covered with an outer PVC coating (TM5), providing resistance to abrasion and external factors. The strands are marked with numbers for easy identification during installation. Additionally, the cable has a yellow-green protective conductor for increased safety.

The cable meets the standards DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51 / DIN EN 50525-2-51 and has a CE certificate confirming compliance with the low-voltage directive 2014/35/EU. The materials used in production are free of silicone, cadmium and substances that interfere with painting. The cable is also oil-resistant according to DIN VDE 0473-811-404 / DIN EN 60811-404.

Operating parameters and temperature range

The JZ-HF 5G0.75 cable retains its properties over a wide temperature range – from -10°C to +80°C during flexible operation and from -40°C to +80°C in case of fixed installation. The rated voltage is 500 V, and the test voltage is as high as 4000 V. The minimum bending radius for flexible operation is 7.5 times the cable diameter, and for fixed installation – 4 times the cable diameter. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 7 mm.
