Flexible cable JZ-HF 5G1.5 is a reliable solution for applications requiring high flexibility and resistance to mechanical loads. This cable, made of high-quality materials, is widely used in mechanical engineering, robotics, and device manufacturing. Thanks to its construction based on multi-wire copper strands, the cable provides excellent flexibility and ease of installation.

Construction and properties

The JZ-HF cable is characterized by a solid construction, ensuring long-lasting and safe operation. The copper strands, un-tinned and fine-wire, are insulated with special PVC (Z 7225), guaranteeing high resistance to abrasion, oils, and chemicals. Black strands are additionally marked with white numbers according to DIN VDE 0293, which facilitates identification during installation. A fleece covering provides additional mechanical protection, and the outer sheath made of special PVC (TM5) protects against the effects of weather conditions and damage.

The cable has 5 cores with a cross-section of 1.5 mm², allowing for safe energy transmission in installations with a rated voltage of up to 500V. Thanks to the yellow-green protective conductor (available from 3 cores), the cable provides a high level of safety. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 8.3 mm.

Applications and benefits

This cable is particularly recommended for use in cable chains – however, it is important to observe the rules of proper cable routing in such systems. It will also work well in places exposed to medium mechanical loads and frequent bending, where traditional cables could be damaged. Thanks to its high flexibility, the JZ-HF cable makes it easier to run installations even in hard-to-reach places.
