JZ-HF 7G1.5 cable is a reliable solution for installations in machines, robotics and devices where high flexibility and resistance to mechanical loads are key. Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a multi-wire copper conductor construction, which translates to its exceptional flexibility. The conductors are insulated with special PVC (Z 7225), and their black color with white digit printing facilitates identification. Additionally, the cable has a yellow-green protective conductor (from 3 conductors), ensuring safe use. A fleece braid and an external PVC (TM5) coating protect the cable from mechanical damage and external factors. The materials used in production are silicone-free, cadmium-free and do not interfere with painting.

The cable meets the standards DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51 / DIN EN 50525-2-51 and has a CE certificate confirming compliance with the low-voltage directive 2014/35/EU. It is also oil-resistant, self-extinguishing and flame-retardant, which increases the safety of the installation.

JZ-HF 7G1.5 cable is characterized by a conductor cross-section of 1.5 mm², which makes it an optimal choice for medium current loads. Designed to operate at a rated voltage of 500 V, ensuring versatility in various electrical installations. It has 7 conductors, allowing for the transmission of control and power signals. The cable maintains reliable operation in a wide temperature range – from -40°C to +80°C in stationary mode and from -10°C to +80°C during dynamic operation. Its outer diameter is approximately 9.9 mm, making it easy to route in tight spaces. The minimum bending radius is 7.5 x cable diameter for flexible laying and 4 x cable diameter in stationary mode, ensuring easy installation without the risk of damaging the conductors.
