Construction and properties

The JZ-HF 4G4 cable is characterized by a construction that provides exceptional flexibility. It consists of four copper conductors, un-tinned and finely stranded, which translates into its ability to bend repeatedly without losing its conductive properties. The conductors are insulated with special PVC (Z 7225) and marked with colors with white numbers for easy identification. Additionally, the cable has a yellow-green protective conductor (from 3 conductors), ensuring safe use. The whole is surrounded by a fleece braid and an outer PVC TM5 coating, which guarantees resistance to abrasion, oils and other external factors.

Application and technical parameters

This cable finds wide application in situations where flexibility and resistance to mechanical loads are required - it is ideal for movable connections of machines and devices. The cable complies with DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51 / DIN EN 50525-2-51 standards, which confirms its high quality and safety. The rated voltage is 500V, and the permissible operating temperature is -40°C to +80°C (stationary) and -10°C to +80°C during flexible operation. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 11.4 mm, and the conductor cross-section is 4 mm². The minimum bending radius is 7.5 x cable diameter during flexible operation and 4 x cable diameter during fixed installation.

Additional information: the materials used in production do not contain silicone or cadmium, or substances that interfere with painting. The PVC coating is self-extinguishing and flame-retardant, tested according to DIN VDE 0482-332-1-2, DIN EN 60332-1-2 and IEC 60332-1-2 standards.
