Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a construction that provides exceptional flexibility. Fine-stranded copper cores are insulated with special PVC (Z 7225), and their black color with white numerals facilitates identification. The protective conductor (yellow-green) increases safety. Parallel twisted cores are surrounded by a fleece braid, and the whole is protected by an outer PVC (TM5) coating, resistant to abrasion and external factors. The outer diameter of the cable is 13.3 mm.

This cable complies with DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51 / DIN EN 50525-2-51 standards and has CE approval, confirming its compliance with the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU. In addition, the materials used in production do not contain silicone, cadmium, or substances that interfere with painting. The cable is tested for self-ignition and flame retardancy (DIN VDE 0482-332-1-2, DIN EN 60332-1-2, IEC 60332-1-2) and oil resistance (DIN VDE 0473-811-404 / DIN EN 60811-404).

Operating parameters and scope of applications

The JZ-HF 4G6 cable is designed to operate in a wide temperature range – from -40°C to +80°C in stationary mode and from -10°C to +80°C during dynamic operation. The rated voltage is 500V, and the test voltage is as high as 4000V. The minimum bending radius is 7.5 x cable diameter during dynamic operation and 4 x cable diameter during fixed installation. Thanks to its construction, this cable is perfect for flexible connections without tensile stress and in cable chains (observing the rules of laying).
