Flexible control cable for demanding applications

This 7-core JZ-HF cable, with a cross-section of 1 mm², is the ideal solution wherever exceptional flexibility and reliability are required. Designed for the machine industry, robotics and device manufacturing, it performs perfectly in dynamic installations where standard cables fail. Its construction allows connection with other types of cables and provides resistance to medium mechanical loads.

Construction and properties

The JZ-HF cable is distinguished by careful workmanship and the use of high-quality materials. Fine-stranded copper cores are insulated with special PVC (Z 7225), which ensures their flexibility and durability. The cores are numbered for easy identification during installation. Additionally, the cable has a yellow-green protective core (from 3 cores) to increase safety. A fleece covering and an outer PVC jacket (TM5) protect the cable from mechanical damage and external factors. The whole is kept in gray (RAL 7001).

• Exceptional flexibility: thanks to its special construction, the cable is easy to lay even in tight spaces and with frequent bends.
• Wide temperature range: permissible operating temperature is from -40°C to +80°C (stationary) and from -10°C to +80°C (flexible), allowing its use in various environmental conditions.

When used in cable chains, refer to the cable laying instructions. The minimum bending radius is 7.5 x cable diameter for flexible laying and 4 x cable diameter for stationary laying. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 8.8 mm. Remember to select the correct core cross-section for the current load of the installation.
