Construction and properties
The cable is constructed with multi-strand copper conductors with a cross-section of 0.5 mm², insulated with special PVC (Z 7225). The conductors are twisted to ensure optimal flexibility and minimize the risk of mechanical damage. Additionally, the cable has a screen in the form of a braid of copper wires, which minimizes the impact of external interference on the transmitted signals. The whole is surrounded by a durable outer PVC (TM5) coating, resistant to abrasion and oils. The cable conductors are numbered for easy identification during installation.
This cable is characterized by a wide operating temperature range – from -40°C to +80°C in stationary mode and from -10°C to +80°C during dynamic operation. It meets the standards DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51 / DIN EN 50525-2-51 and has a CE certificate confirming compliance with the low-voltage directive. The materials used in production are free of silicone, cadmium and paint-inhibiting substances. The cable is available in gray (RAL 7001) and supplied in meter lengths. The outer diameter of the cable is 7.5 mm.
