Construction and application
This cable is characterized by a multi-wire copper conductor of class 5, which guarantees high flexibility and resistance to material fatigue during repeated bending. PVC insulation provides good protection against mechanical and chemical damage. The shielding braid effectively reduces the influence of electromagnetic interference, which is crucial in precise control and measurement systems. The cores are black with white numbers for easy identification, and the protective conductor (green-yellow) provides additional safety. The cable is metered, making it easy to precisely adjust the length to the installation needs.

The cable meets the standards DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51 / DIN EN 50525-2-51, which confirms its high quality and safety of use. The operating temperature range is from -40°C to +80°C (stationary) and from -10°C to +80°C (flexible), which allows its use in a wide range of environmental conditions. The rated voltage U is 500V, and the test voltage is 4000V. The minimum bending radius is 10x cable diameter for flexible operation and 5x cable diameter for fixed laying. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 9.9 mm. The outer sheath material is polyvinyl chloride (PVC). The insulation resistance is minimum 20 MOhm x km. The cable is radiation resistant up to 80 x 10⁶ cJ/kg (up to 80 Mrad). The materials used in production do not contain silicone or cadmium, as well as substances that interfere with painting. PVC tests confirm its self-extinguishing and flame-retardant properties in accordance with DIN VDE 0482-332-1-2, DIN EN 60332-1-2 and IEC 60332-1 standards. The cable is also oil-resistant according to DIN VDE 0473-811-404 / DIN EN 60811-404.
