Flexible cable for industrial and control applications

This 34-core flexible cable JZ-500 34G1.5 is a reliable solution for medium mechanical loads, where flexibility and resistance to environmental conditions are required. Made of high-quality materials, this cable is used in flexible connections inside dry, wet, and humid rooms, as well as in control and measurement devices in industrial equipment. Thanks to a specially selected PVC mixture, it ensures quick installation and long-term operation.

Construction and properties

The cable features a solid construction: stranded copper cores, PVC Z 7225 insulation, and an external PVC TM2 jacket. The cores are black with white number printing, which facilitates the identification of individual wires during installation. A version with a yellow-green protective core is also available. The cable is resistant to oils and chemicals (detailed information in the "Technical Information" table – available in the product documentation). Additionally, the materials used in production are free of silicone, cadmium, and substances that interfere with painting. The cable has been tested for self-extinguishing and fire resistance according to DIN VDE 0482-332-1-2, DIN EN 60332-1-2, and IEC 60332-1 standards.

Operating parameters and safety

The JZ-500 34G1.5 cable is designed to operate in a wide temperature range: from -40°C to +80°C in stationary mode and from -15°C to +80°C during dynamic operation. The rated voltage is 500V, and the test voltage is 4000V. The minimum insulation resistance is 20 MOhm x km. The minimum bending radius for flexible operation is 7.5 x cable diameter, and for stationary operation – 4 x cable diameter. The cable has a CE certificate confirming compliance with the Low Voltage Directive 2006/95/EC. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 20.2 mm with a core cross-section of 1.5 mm².
