Construction and application

The cable is designed to operate under medium mechanical load, in places requiring flexibility of connections. It will work perfectly indoors – dry, humid and wet – in accordance with EN 60204 part 1 and VDE 0113 part 1 standards. It is not intended for outdoor use. The use of orange wires with black numbers facilitates identification and minimizes the risk of errors during installation. Thanks to the yellow-green protective wire (in the JZ version) it provides additional safety.

Properties and parameters

JZ-500 4G1.5 cable is characterized by high quality workmanship and resistance to external factors. Made of unannealed copper, it has insulation made of PVC Z 7225, providing good electrical insulation and abrasion resistance. The outer jacket made of special PVC TM2 guarantees durability and protection against mechanical damage. The cable is metered for convenient dispensing during assembly.

Information about the wire cross-section, rated voltage, outer diameter, operating temperature range, radiation resistance and minimum bending radius have been taken into account in the cable design and affect its operational properties. The outer shell material is polyvinyl chloride (PVC).

The cable meets the requirements of DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51/ DIN EN 50525-2-51 standards and has a CE certificate confirming compliance with the low-voltage directive 2014/35/EU. The materials used in production do not contain silicone, cadmium or substances that interfere with painting. It also has self-extinguishing and flame-retardant properties confirmed by tests DIN VDE 0482-332-1-2 and DIN EN 60332-1-2/IEC 60332-1.
