This flexible JZ-500 5G1 cable with orange, numbered cores is the ideal solution for applications requiring high flexibility and reliability. Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a solid construction, based on stranded copper cores, which ensures good flexibility and facilitates installation. The core insulation is made of high-quality PVC (Z 7225), and the orange cores are permanently marked with black numbers in accordance with DIN VDE 0293 – this facilitates the identification of individual wires during installation and maintenance. The outer jacket made of special PVC (TM2) provides additional protection against mechanical damage and external factors. The cable is metered, which makes it easy to precisely adjust the length to the installation needs.

It is particularly recommended for security systems, where the orange color of the core insulation is required by safety standards. It should not be used outdoors. The cable meets the requirements for self-extinguishing and flame-retardant materials (tested according to DIN VDE 0482-332-1-2, DIN EN 60332-1-2/IEC 60332-1). The cable is characterized by an insulation resistance of min. 20 MOhm x km and a breakdown voltage of min. 8000V, which guarantees its reliable operation in difficult working conditions. The minimum bending radius is 7.5 x Ø for flexible operation and 4 x Ø for stationary operation, which facilitates installation in tight spaces.
