Flexible shielded cable for control and data transmission

This high-quality flexible cable is designed for use in moderately loaded installations where flexibility and resistance to external factors are required. It is ideal for control installations, mechanical engineering, and electronics as a signal cable. The shielded construction provides reduction of electromagnetic interference, which is crucial in precise measurement and control systems.

The cable is characterized by high flexibility thanks to the multi-strand wire construction, which facilitates installation and routing even in tight spaces. Numbered cores simplify the identification of individual wires during installation and servicing. Made of high-quality PVC, it is resistant to oils, chemicals and provides good electrical insulation.

Construction and properties

The cable consists of five copper cores with a cross-section of 0.75 mm², insulated with special PVC. The cores are twisted in parallel and surrounded by an insulating foil and a copper braid screen, which minimizes electromagnetic interference. The whole is covered with a durable PVC outer jacket, providing protection against mechanical damage and weathering. This ensures that the cable retains its properties over a wide temperature range – from -40°C to +80°C (stationary operation) and from -10°C to +80°C during dynamic operation.

In addition, the materials used in production do not contain silicone, cadmium or substances that interfere with painting, making it safe for the environment and users. The cable meets the requirements of DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51/ DIN EN 50525-2-51 standards and has a fire reaction class of Eca. This is particularly important in industrial applications where safety is a priority.
