This 4x2x0.5 mm² flexible cable from HELUKABEL is designed for reliable data transmission in low-voltage installations. The cable is particularly recommended where a small diameter and resistance to bending are required.

The PAAR-TRONIC cable features a construction based on stranded copper conductors, which ensures good conductivity and resistance to mechanical damage. PVC TI2 insulation guarantees safe use and protection against external factors. Twisted pairs of wires minimize electromagnetic interference, which is crucial in data transmission applications.

This cable uses stranded copper conductors class 5 (according to DIN VDE 0295), which translates to its flexibility and conductivity. The insulation is made of special PVC TI2 (according to DIN VDE 0207-363-3 / DIN EN 50363-3) and provides resistance to abrasion and mechanical damage. Twisting the wires in pairs helps reduce interference and improve signal quality. Additional protection against electromagnetic interference is provided by an aluminum foil. The outer jacket made of PVC TM2 (DIN VDE 0207-363-4-1 / DIN EN 50363-4-1) protects the cable against atmospheric and chemical influences, and the gray color (RAL 7032) makes it easier to identify in the installation. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 8.6 mm, allowing for easy installation even in tight spaces.

The cable retains its properties over a wide temperature range – flexibly from -5°C to +80°C and stationary from -30°C to +80°C. It is also resistant to many chemicals and oils, which increases its durability in harsh industrial conditions.
