Flexible cable JZ-HF is a proposition for professionals and demanding users who need a reliable conductor in difficult conditions. This cable is distinguished by its exceptional flexibility, making it ideal for use in mechanical engineering, robotics and anywhere where frequent bending and twisting are required. The construction with 25 cores with a cross-section of 0.75 mm² provides adequate performance in medium mechanical loads.

Construction and properties

The key to the high flexibility of the cable is the use of fine-stranded copper cores, insulated with special PVC (Z 7225). The cores are twisted in parallel and secured with a fleece braid, and the whole is surrounded by a durable outer PVC coating (TM5). Black cores are numbered with white digits, which facilitates identification during installation. In addition, the cable is available in a version with a yellow-green protective core (marking G) or without it (marking x). The materials used in production do not contain silicone, cadmium or substances that interfere with painting.

The cable meets the standards DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51 / DIN EN 50525-2-51 and is characterized by a wide range of operating temperatures – from -40°C to +80°C (stationary) and from -10°C to +80°C (flexible). The rated voltage is 500 V, and the test voltage is 4000 V. The minimum bending radius is 7.5 x cable diameter for flexible operation and 4 x cable diameter for fixed laying. The cable is also resistant to radiation up to 80 x 10⁶ cJ/kg (80 Mrad).
