PVC wire for cable conductors JZ-HF 25G1 mm² black cores numbered according to DIN VDE 0293-334 15048
Flexible cable JZ-HF 25G1 is a reliable solution for applications requiring high flexibility and resistance to mechanical loads. This cable, manufactured by HELUKABEL, is designed for the machine industry, robotics and all kinds of devices where standard cables may fail. Its construction ensures long-lasting and safe operation in harsh conditions.
Construction and properties
The JZ-HF 25G1 cable is characterized by a multi-wire, flexible copper conductor (class 6 according to IEC 60228), which translates to its exceptional flexibility. The conductors are insulated with special PVC (Z 7225) and numbered for easy identification. Additionally, the cable has a yellow-green protective conductor (from 3 conductors) and a fiber fleece braiding for reinforcement. The whole is surrounded by a durable outer PVC jacket (TM5), providing resistance to abrasion and external factors. The gray color (RAL 7001) makes it easier to identify in installations.
It is worth noting the materials used in production – they are free of silicone, cadmium and substances that interfere with painting. The PVC used in this cable is self-extinguishing and flame-retardant, meeting the standards of DIN VDE 0482-332-1-2, DIN EN 60332-1-2 and IEC 60332-1-2. Additionally, the cable is oil-resistant according to DIN VDE 0473-811-404 / DIN EN 60811-404.
Technical parameters and application
The JZ-HF 25G1 cable has a conductor cross-section of 1 mm² and is designed to operate at a rated voltage of up to 500V. It has 25 conductors, and its outer diameter is approximately 15.8 mm. This cable complies with the standards DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51 / DIN EN 50525-2-51.
The operating temperature range of the cable is wide – from -40°C to +80°C in stationary mode and from -10°C to +80°C during dynamic operation. The minimum bending radius is 4x cable diameter for fixed laying and 7.5x cable diameter for dynamic operation. Radiation resistance is up to 80 x 10⁶ cJ/kg (up to 80 Mrad).
This cable is perfect for applications requiring frequent bending and movement, such as connections in industrial robots, construction machines or portable electrical devices. It is also suitable for use in cable chains – however, it is important to follow the rules of proper cable routing in such installations.
