This 12-core flexible cable JZ-HF is an excellent choice wherever exceptional flexibility and reliability are needed. The cable is designed for intensive use in mechanical engineering, robotics and device manufacturing. It will also work in applications requiring frequent bending and movement, as well as connections with other types of cables.

Construction and parameters

The cable is characterized by a solid construction based on un-tinned copper strands, which ensures good conductivity. The strands are insulated with high-quality PVC, and the entire cable is surrounded by a protective coating of the same material. The strands are numbered for easy identification, which is particularly useful during installation and servicing. The strand cross-section is 1 mm², and the outer diameter of the cable is approximately 10.8 mm. The rated voltage U is 500V, making it suitable for many industrial applications.

• Temperature range: Possibility of operation in a wide temperature range – from -40°C to +80°C (stationary) and from -10°C to +80°C (flexible).

Applications and compliance

JZ-HF cable is perfect for applications requiring frequent bending and movement, such as connections in robotics or production machines. It is also suitable for use in cable chains (follow the rules of cable routing). It meets the standards DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51 / DIN EN 50525-2-51 and has a CE certificate confirming compliance with the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU. The minimum bending radius is 7.5 x cable diameter for flexible routing and 4 x cable diameter for fixed routing.
