Flexible control and signal cable F-CY-OZ

This shielded flexible 500V cable, designated F-CY-OZ 7x0.5, is a reliable solution for data and power transmission in various applications. Construction and properties

The F-CY-OZ cable has been designed for demanding working conditions. Its construction includes:

• Cores: Copper, stranded, twisted according to DIN VDE 0295, BS 6360 and IEC 60228 (class 5) standards, guaranteeing high flexibility and mechanical strength.
• Core insulation: Made of special PVC (Z 7225), providing good electrical insulation and abrasion resistance. The cores are black with white number printing for easy identification.
• Screen: Effective copper braid screen provides reduction of electromagnetic interference (EMC), which is crucial in applications sensitive to interference.
• Outer jacket: Made of special PVC TM2, resistant to oils, chemicals and UV radiation. Grey color (RAL 7001) facilitates cable identification.

The cable complies with DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51/DIN EN 50525-2-51 standards and has a CE certificate confirming compliance with the low-voltage directive 2014/35/EU. In addition, the materials used in production are free of silicone, cadmium and substances that interfere with painting.
