Single-core silicone wire, high temperature resistant SiF 1x0.25mm² white 23205
Special application silicone cable
This flexible, single-core silicone cable from HELUKABEL SiF is the ideal solution where standard cables fail. Designed to operate in extreme temperatures, from -60°C to +180°C, it is perfect for demanding industrial and other conditions. The cable is characterized by high resistance to external factors and ensures safe and reliable electrical connections.
Construction and properties
The SiF cable has a multi-strand copper conductor (class 5), which gives it high flexibility and resistance to bending. Silicone insulation guarantees excellent dielectric properties and resistance to high temperatures, oils, greases and many other chemicals. In addition, the cable is halogen-free, which increases safety and minimizes the emission of toxic gases in the event of a fire – it meets IEC 60332-1-2 standard. The rated voltage U0/U is 300/500V, and the conductor cross-section is 0.25 mm². The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 2.1 mm.
Applications and benefits
The SiF silicone cable is widely used in many industries: steel, metallurgical, aviation, shipbuilding, cement and ceramic. It is also ideal for power plants. Its exceptional flexibility and resistance to extreme temperatures make it indispensable in applications requiring reliability and safety. Thanks to its halogen-free construction, it is also a good choice where environmental protection and human health are a priority. This cable is particularly recommended for devices generating heat or operating in difficult environmental conditions.
