This single-core silicone wire, with a cross-section of 0.5 mm², is an ideal solution where standard cabling fails. Construction and properties – the key to long-term operation
The wire is made of multi-strand copper core class 5, which guarantees high flexibility and resistance to material fatigue during frequent bending. Silicone insulation provides resistance to high temperatures (up to +180°C in stationary operation and flexibly up to +180°C) and aggressive chemicals – oils, greases, acids and alkalis. The rated voltage is 500 V, and the test voltage is 2000 V, which confirms its safety of use. The outer diameter of the wire is approximately 2.3 mm.

The halogen-free construction also allows it to be used in power plants. Thanks to its flexibility and resistance to high temperatures, it is ideal for connecting moving parts of machines and heating devices. It will also work wherever high resistance to weather and chemical conditions is required. The minimum bending radius is 15x the wire diameter in flexible operation and 6x in fixed installation, which facilitates assembly even in tight spaces.
