Single-core silicone wire, high temperature resistant SiF 1x0.75mm² black 23401
Durable silicone cable for harsh conditions
This single-core HELUTHERM SiF silicone cable is a reliable solution for installations requiring flexibility and resistance to extreme temperatures. The cable is designed to operate in a wide temperature range, from -60°C to +180°C in stationary mode, and briefly up to +180°C. Made of multi-strand copper wire, it provides good conductivity and easy installation. The black silicone insulation guarantees safety and durability.
Application and construction features
This cable is widely used in industries – steel, metallurgical, aviation, shipbuilding, cement and ceramic. The halogen-free construction also makes it suitable for installation in power plants, where fire safety is crucial. The copper wire is tinned for better corrosion protection. The cable meets DIN VDE 0250-1 and 502 standards, confirming its high quality and compliance with European standards. The rated voltage U/U0 is 500/300V, and the wire cross-section is 0.75 mm². The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 2.6 mm.
Safety and flexibility first
The cable is characterized by high resistance to external factors – oils, greases, alcohols, acids and bases. It is also resistant to UV radiation and ozone. The minimum bending radius is 15x the cable diameter for flexible routing and 6x the diameter for fixed routing, making installation easier even in tight spaces. Additionally, it meets the requirements of IEC 60332-1-2 regarding fire resistance and DIN VDE 0482-754-1/EN 60754-1 regarding the absence of halogens in the materials. This translates to increased safety and minimizes the risk of toxic gases in the event of a fire.
