Special application silicone cable
This single-core silicone cable is designed to operate in extreme temperature conditions and industrial environments. It is characterized by high flexibility and resistance to external factors, making it an ideal solution in demanding applications. Made of copper with silicone insulation, it provides reliable conductivity and safe use.
Construction and properties
This cable stands out with a construction adapted to work in difficult conditions. The multi-strand flexible copper conductor, class 5 (according to DIN VDE 0295/IEC 60228), ensures good flexibility and resistance to material fatigue. Silicone insulation guarantees maintaining properties in a wide temperature range – from -60°C to +180°C (stationary) and from -25°C to +180°C (flexible). Additionally, the cable is halogen-free, which increases safety in case of fire and minimizes the emission of toxic gases.
The cable meets the IEC 60332-1-2 standard regarding fire propagation resistance, as well as DIN VDE 0482-754-1/DIN EN 60754-1/IEC 60754-1 standards confirming its halogen-free nature. It is also resistant to oils, greases, alcohols, diluted acids and alkalis.
